Y-DNA Databases

These databases allow for input of results from all the testing companies, so they're a mechanism for finding DNA matches with people who were tested by companies other than the one you used.  I highly recommend you enter your results into both  of them.

The Sorensen Molecular Genealogy Foundation (SMGF) does testing, but does not return the results to you.  They put all the results in a database though, along with the pedigrees provided, and you can look for matches by inputting your values and searching for matches.
