Will of William Gilbert
In the Name of God Amen
I William Gilbert Senr of South Carolina Laurens Diftrict
Being
weak in Body but Sound and perfect mind and Memory Blesed be
almighty God the same do make and Publish this my Last will and
testament in manner and Form fallowing that is to Say First
after
my Just debts Being paid I give unto my Beloved wife Sarah
Gilber
one Feather bed and furniture & Four Hundred Dollars. I
give
to my Daughter in Law Cathorini Gilbert or the heirs of
James
Gilbert one Dollars for their part with the Land which I
give
My son James Gilbert her husband. I give Unto Sarah Dean
The
Wife of John Dean or their Heirs if they Should be Dead one
Dollar with what they have Received for part. I leave all
my
Estate to be Sold and the Above paid out of the Same and

The Balance Remaining to be Equally Divided between my
