The above two kits match on 33/37 markers, with three of the differences being on fast-moving markers.   While this match isn't conclusive of a near-term connection, given common roots in Pennsylvania in a similar timeframe, a connection should be pursued.

Note that these kits are also a solid preliminary match with Kit 66645 who has only tested to 12 markers.   No conclusions can be drawn at this lower marker level, but the lineage provided by the project participant can be researched for possible hints.

I can see that the William M. Snyder in the lineage at the above link was living in Eldred Twp., Schuylkill Co., PA in 1920.
